It’s Fei’s first day of school at Henry Park! We got up early except for Abby because she joined Mum and I for supper, the night before. Box woke up because he knows there isn’t anyone beside him. He cried, asking to join the party. Thankfully, Jamera was able to manage although Susie is on kids duty this week.

This is Fei having his morning brekkie at lightning speed. He finished the whole bowl of porridge plus a slice of salmon egg in less than 5 minutes.

As usual, we park at Jelita and walk to school. Weather was a cool 24 degrees Celsius. What a great start to school.

Look at that! First to arrive! Great start to school, like I have said. Zoom in and we can see Slug and Mum, watching from afar.

Fei brought along 2 books:; Roary the Lion and Alligators, Eat & Grow.

After the morning assembly, we had to leave and allowed to return during recess to observe. So we did our usual which was BCM! This is the 2nd time Slug is having this noodles. He forgot that his 1st was before camp at Kidzania 2019. He certainly didn’t like it. He complained that the noodles was too salty and the vegetables had too much roughage. Spoilt brat..haha

Slug and I are waiting by the bus bay to catch a glimpse of Fei as he walks from class to the canteen for recess. Mom is waiting for him at the canteen. To Henry Park students, this is the yellow railings staircase, unique to this flight.

Spot Fei!!

Yay, we managed to catch a couple of photos of Fei walking back to class, after recess.

Photos below were taken by Mum who was with Fei during recess.

Slug wanted something from Times bookstore but he didn’t give the appropriate attitude. I told him to identify what he wants, give me the correct attitude, follow up with his assignments and I’ll think about buying him 5 days later. He’s doing so grudgingly.

School ended at 1245pm. We were early and waited at Gate 7. He looks ok, not overly enthusiastic about coming back to school the next morning but everything seems normal. I guess, normal is good, for now. Now to head home for lunch.

I don’t know what got into me, I gave these people ice cream. They did nothing good, nil contribution. Perhaps I was in a good mood. They are subject to my whims and fancies, anyways. We wanted to get Udders Dark Chocolate from NTUC Supermarket but it was not available. They're having Haagen Daz instead. Mum and I got Cappuccino from Marks & Spencer. It was not good. The Coffee was too weak to our liking. I need to head home for our Nespresso....argh!

It rained continuously for 2 straight days and we had nowhere to go. The intent was to lunch at Marina Square, walk around. If the rain stops, we could either head over to The Merlion or take a ride on The Singapore Flyer. Plans changed because I didn’t communicate properly and lunch was not prepared for the kids. So, we made the decision to lunch at Sushi Tei, VivoCity. We ended up spending the day there.

It is rainy hence we can’t hit the trails nor be outdoors. What better way to past a day than to spend it baking? This shall be 1 of the Family’s traditions. As the kids grow, the production line will become more efficient. They will have partners, the production line expands, we will chat around the line. Grandkids will join, the line expands further.
