We spent a day here, riding the luge. The gondola used to be a highlight of the trip but now it has been overshadowed by the luge rides.
Lunch was at the outdoors. We got them pizza slices and Slug had a muffin treat. Lunch was... Decent, considering this to be a tourist trap, where the norm is to serve food at exorbitant prices.
The first ride... Was slow. Everyone needed to get the hang of it. Slug rode solo, Mum had Abby whereas Fei was with me. Jamera had Box on the side.
The second ride was where Slug rode down with speed. By the 3rd, he was overtaking me at some bends.
Fei and Abby missed their nap and Fei got cranky so Mum and Jamera made them catch 40 winks. But before that, all had ice cream. While it isn't a sensible parenting choice, I wouldn't trade a thousand dollars for those gleeful looks on their faces.
We bought 15 rides to share amongst us so Slug and I took the last few rides, just us. We raced down the track, overtaking each other around the bends, it was great fun.
The chairlifts rides were another highlight but Slug had to ride on his own. I don't Fancy that because the accompanying adults will not look out for his safety.
In all, it was a great day and we shall return.
