M: Abby‘s 4th birthday

Writer's picture: maademailsmaademails

We celebrated Abby’s birthday in Rotorua last year. This year, because of COVID-19, we couldn’t travel to Sydney / Gold Coast and had to make do with celebrating at home. But it was good fun still

We bought a unicorn piñata, filled it with plastic spoons, combs, boxes of raisins, balloons and chewy candy. It was pointless to fill them with chocolates and candy since Abby can’t eat them. Combs and plastic spoons will serve their purpose better instead. We had a pandan cake from Sunset Railway Cafe and Mummy made pizza for lunch. See another post for the video of Piñata.

Food is something Abby enjoys a lot. See her lovely expression, enjoying her food. We upped our game by adding Belgian Chocolate Haagen Daz ice cream to the Pandan Cake. Obviously lil bitch loves it.

For dinner, we had fishhead steamboat. It was awesome Soup was good, fish was fresh. Unfortunately, Abby tripped while standing on Box’s high chair and cut her lip.

Night ended mostly ok thereafter. She slept next to me.
